What can you do with a $9 website report?
Walk through a fictional RankFlow Action Plan: a clearer headline, copy placement, the parts to keep, and a checklist for your web person.
Fictional example · About 3 minutes1. Understand the first useful change
A score alone does not tell you what to do next. The Action Plan explains a priority, the page evidence behind it, and a suggested change you can review.
Our public sample uses Fox Valley Plumbing, a fictional business. Its homepage headline is “Here when you need us.” The example service list names plumbing repair, drain cleaning and water heater services in Appleton. The suggested change makes that service and location clearer.
2. See the wording and where it goes
Existing headline: Here when you need us
Suggested headline: Plumbing Repair and Water Heater Services in Appleton
Placement: Visible homepage H1 or main headline.
The sample also includes suggested search-title, description and opening-paragraph copy. Review every business fact before publishing. These are illustrative recommendations, not results from a real customer audit.
3. Keep what already works
The sample keeps the existing “Request Plumbing Repair from Fox Valley Plumbing” button and its contact destination. A useful plan does not replace a clear next step just to make a change. Check the destination still works; preserve accurate business details and existing useful content.
4. Implement it or hand it to your web person
The packet includes platform guidance, a web-person handoff and a completion checklist. In the sample WordPress workflow, update the homepage fields, preview desktop and mobile, then check the published title, description, headline, opening paragraph and request button.
RankFlow provides recommendations; you or your web professional review and make the changes. Rankings, traffic, leads and revenue are not guaranteed. Read the methodology and evidence limits before deciding what to implement.
