Information we collect
Website and audit data: the URL or domain you submit, publicly available page content, metadata, headings, links, schema, images, robots and sitemap signals, scores, issues, recommendations, and report summaries.
Contact data: the email address you provide when unlocking a report or asking for follow-up.
Product and device data: basic technical details that help operate, secure, debug, and improve the service. Recent audit history may also be stored in your browser so you can reopen local results on the same device.
How we use information
We use submitted information to run audits, show scores and recommendations, save unlocked lead records, provide support, improve RankFlow, prevent abuse, and contact you about the report or related RankFlow offers.
If paid reports, subscriptions, automated emails, or saved report links are enabled, we may use the same information to deliver those features and keep a history of reports for the account or subscriber.
AI processing
The audit can run without sending the crawl summary to an AI model. If you check the OpenAI strategy option, RankFlow may send the crawl summary, public page signals, and related report context to OpenAI to generate strategy suggestions.
Do not submit private, confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through a website audit. RankFlow is designed for public website analysis and educational recommendations.
Service providers
RankFlow may use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, analytics, email delivery, payments, AI model processing, and operational security. These providers are used to operate the product and are not given permission to sell your information for their own purposes.
RankFlow does not sell personal information. If that changes, this policy should be updated before the change happens.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a URL, not to unlock a report with email, and not to enable the optional AI strategy checkbox.
You can ask for deletion of your email and associated lead record by contacting privacy@rankflowagent.com. When marketing email delivery is enabled, commercial emails should include an unsubscribe or opt-out method.
Security and retention
RankFlow uses reasonable safeguards appropriate for an early-stage product, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
Information may be retained while needed to provide the product, maintain business records, improve the service, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Children and changes
RankFlow is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
