These Terms explain the ground rules for using RankFlow AI audits, report unlocks, recommendations, saved leads, monitoring, and future paid services.

You are responsible for the websites, URLs, and information you submit. Only submit websites you own, manage, or have permission to analyze.
RankFlow recommendations are not professional legal, financial, or guaranteed marketing advice. Search engines, AI answer systems, traffic, leads, and revenue outcomes can change for reasons outside RankFlow's control.
You decide whether to publish, edit, ignore, or share any recommendation. Review all generated copy, schema, metadata, and strategy before using it.
Do not use RankFlow to attack, overload, scrape private systems, bypass access controls, submit sensitive personal data, violate laws, infringe rights, or analyze websites where you do not have permission.
Do not try to reverse engineer, interfere with, resell, or abuse the service, its infrastructure, or its connected providers.
Some features may require an email address, admin key, account, saved report link, payment, or subscription. You are responsible for keeping access credentials and report links secure.
RankFlow may limit, suspend, or remove access if use appears abusive, unlawful, risky, unpaid, or harmful to the product or other users.
Paid reports, founder subscriptions, and weekly monitoring may be added through a payment provider. Prices, features, and billing periods should be shown at checkout before purchase.
Unless a separate refund policy is posted, payments for one-time reports are generally for digital access to that report, and subscriptions continue until canceled through the available billing flow.
RankFlow may depend on hosting, database, AI model, email, analytics, payment, and other third-party services. Their services can affect uptime, delivery, processing, and availability.
Links or suggestions involving third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean RankFlow controls those websites.
RankFlow is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RankFlow disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, lost-data, ranking, traffic, or revenue damages.
If a limitation cannot apply under applicable law, it should apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
RankFlow may update these Terms as the product changes. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated version.
